The 2013 Ultimate New Year’s Resolution

Eight lucky people will have the chance to change their lives thanks to the YMCA, Abundant Living and Mix 104.1!

· UNYR is for anyone who struggles with body weight issues and is truly ready to commit to the hard work and dedication it takes to change

·Contestants receive a full membership to the YMCA and a personal trainer for eight weeks

·They meet with their trainer once per week and must attend weekly group exercise class/support meeting every Friday night during the event

· The male and female contestants who lose the most weight during the event will win a six month membership to the YMCA and other prizes

Contest Rules:

1. You must be 18 years of age or older to apply and participate
2. Tell us your story in 250 words or less why you want to change: Health problems weight loss, for your family, for you, etc.
3. By submitting you agree to be interviewed for radio and internet webcasting purposes.
