The Cleveland Police department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing endangered adult.

Gary Price, age 68, was last seen 10:30 p.m. yesterday, April 10, 2019. He was last seen wearing a blue checkered shirt and blue jeans. He left his residence at 2130 Blackburn Rd. SE between 10:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. this morning, April 11, 2019. He is a white male, 5′ 7”, 140 lbs.

According to the family member who reported him missing, he could be a danger to himself and others.  Price does not hear well, so please do not approach.

Anyone who has contact with Price or has information on his whereabouts, or is urged to immediately notify the Cleveland Police Department at 423-728-7311.

Tim Siniard reports: Tiffany Isaza pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, during a hearing held at the Bradley County Criminal Court.

The hearing  Monday was in connection with a November single-vehicle wreck  at the intersection of Eureka Road and Lower River Road in Bradley County. Isaza was indicted by a Bradley County grand jury last month. It was Isaza’s second DUI offense.

Isaza, 38, received an 11-month, 29-day sentence, with credit for 67 days already served. Her driver’s license was suspended for two years. In addition, Isaza must pay a $600 fine.

Autumn Hughes reports: Members of the Bradley County Election Commission signed their oaths of office and reorganized by electing officers during a meeting Wednesday.

Chairman Travis D. Henry and Secretary Oscar Kelley were elected to continue serving in those capacities. In addition, commissioners voted to maintain Fran Green as administrator of elections.

Henry and Election Commissioners Dana Burgner, Duane Gilbert and Cristy Schuch signed their oaths of office Wednesday. Kelley was not present for the meeting, but was expected to sign his oath of office Thursday. The next meeting of the Election Commission is scheduled for Monday, May 6th, at 2 p.m., at the Election Commission Office in the Bradley County Courthouse Annex.
